JSK  closed circulating vacuum units include: vacuum pump, gas-liquid separator, heat exchanger, circulating pump, control system and other accessories. The use of vacuum pumps can be effectively increased by using working fluids other than water (e.g. liquids with lower saturated pressure such as ethylene glycol and transformer oil) than water. At the same time, it avoids the disadvantage that 2SK, SK, 2BE and other common liquid ring vacuum pumps are often used to extract some gases which pollute the working fluid, resulting in large amount of discharge of working fluid of vacuum pump, thus reducing the cost of customers. J2SK, JSK and J2BE closed cycle units can completely isolate the exchange between process gas and atmospheric environment, and discharge process gas to designated locations to avoid environmental damage. It is especially suitable for extracting inflammable, explosive and toxic gases.
