ZLQ Single-chamber Vacuum Aluminum Brazing Furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of air inter cooler, oil coolers, radiators, air-conditioning evaporators, condensers, radar network antennas, wave guide tubes and various plate-fin or tube-type heat exchangers of automobile environmental protection products. It can also be used for vacuum brazing of aluminum water-cooled plates and air-cooled boxes of electric components in industries such as high-speed rail and new energy vehicles, and brazing of separation products.
The heating chamber of vacuum aluminum brazing furnace adopts Ni-Cr belt heating and multi-layer 1Cr18Ni9Ti reflective screen composite heat insulation structure;
The vacuum system is a three-stage high vacuum system composed of diffusion pump, Roots pump and mechanical backing pump;
Aluminum brazing furnaces are all negative pressure furnaces, and external circulation air cooling system can also be installed according to customer requirements;
The size of valid zone can be customized according to customer requirements;
