Model 2X pump is one of the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed vessels to obtain vacuum. It can be used individually or as the front pump of boost pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, etc. It can be used for vacuum operation in vacuum smelting, vacuum welding, vacuum impregnation, coating, vacuum drying, chemical pharmaceuticals, electro-vacuum devices and other industries.
1. The pump can work continuously for a long time when the ambient temperature is within 5 ~ 40 ℃ and the inlet pressure is less than 1330pa.
2. The pump is not suitable for pumping out gases that contain too much oxygen, toxic, explosive, corrosive to metals, chemical reaction to pump oil, and particulate dust. It is also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as a transfer pump.
3. The continuous working time of the pump under the inlet pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6000pa shall not exceed 3 minutes to avoid pump damage caused by poor oil injection or lubrication.
