1. Check the position of oil level frequently and adjust it to meet the requirements if it does not meet the requirements. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level shall be at the center of the oil level.
2. Check oil quality regularly and replace new oil in time when oil deteriorates to ensure normal operation of vacuum pump.
3. The oil change period shall be considered according to actual conditions of use and whether the performance requirements can be met or not, and shall be determined by the user at his discretion. Generally new vacuum pump, when pumping clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the vacuum pump oil once in about 100 hours. When the black metal powder can not be seen in the oil, the oil change period can be extended appropriately in the future.
4. In general, the vacuum pump should be inspected after 2000 hours of operation to check the aging degree of rubber seals, check whether the exhaust valve discs are cracked, and clean up the dirt deposited on the valve discs and exhaust valve seats. Clean the whole vacuum pump cavity parts such as rotor, rotor, spring, etc. Gasoline is commonly used for cleaning and drying. Clean rubber parts and wipe them dry with a dry cloth. Cleaning assembly should be handled with care and bruising.
5. Conditionally clean the pipes to ensure the smoothness of the pipes.
6. Trial operation should be carried out after reassembly. Generally, it must run idly for 2 hours and change oil for two times. There will be a certain amount of volatile substance left in the vacuum pump during cleaning. Then, it will be put into normal operation again after normal operation.
7. Check the pipeline and joint of vacuum pump for looseness. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body and observe the oil level at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
9. Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the vacuum pump body and fill the water diversion (or grouting).
10. Close gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of water outlet pipeline and inlet vacuum gauge.
11. Turn on the motor to see if the steering is correct.
12. Start the motor. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. When it shows proper pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor.
13. Controlling the flow and head of circulating water vacuum pump as far as possible within the range indicated on the label so as to ensure that the vacuum pump runs at the efficiency point so as to achieve energy-saving effect.
14. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 degrees Celsius and the temperature must not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
15. If abnormal sound of vacuum pump is found, stop immediately to check the cause.
16. To stop the use of vacuum pump, close gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
17. Vacuum pump changes lubricant within one month after 100 hours and then every 500 hours.
18. Regularly adjust packing gland to ensure the drip condition in packing chamber is normal (drip leakage is appropriate).
19. Check the wear condition of the bushing regularly. Replace the bushing in time after it is worn heavily.
20. When the vacuum pump is used in winter, it is necessary to unscrew the lower water drain screw plug of the pump body to drain the medium completely after shutdown. Prevent frost cracking.
21. When the vacuum pump is stopped for a long time, it is necessary to dismantle the pump completely, wipe off the water, and coat the rotating parts and joints with grease for proper storage.
